The stories are so endearing to know the people she is writing about are her true loved ones. What an inspirational to her children and grandchildren. And the love she shows for her animals. So very proud of my aunt.
I just read Rachel’s book and thoroughly enjoyed her stories. She has such a unique voice and vision. I especially liked the dog “Teeny, Tiny Story” instantly a classic character … very funny. The garden gnome and “We Said—She Said,” were both so imaginative. And a cat named “Norman Bates” … hilarious! I hope she keeps writing, her talent could easily carry over into a novel.
My name is Hannah, I am 8, almost 9 years old. I started reading this book today and I really enjoy it. There are so many funny parts in the story Ceramics, about a ceramic cat and dog. I am already on chapter 8, so far my favorite part is when the dad brought the basset hound home and my second favorite part is when the mom brought home the "tiny wiggling human" home.
I can't wait to tell you more.

I loved every story in this book. I also read it to my 6 year old daughter who also loved every story. I was especially enamored with the imagination in the story about the ceramic cat. The author is very creative.
